Frequently asked questions
How do I use Syntra?
Tap the microphone and just talk. Say something like “remind me to call mom at 5:30” or “make a daily habit to drink water,” and Syntra turns it into a task, event, or habit automatically. You can also add and edit items by hand.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Syntra, and choose your plan or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Syntra’s settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for Syntra. If you have trouble, email us and we’ll help.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Your tasks and habits are stored on your device, so uninstalling the app also removes them. You can also email hello@downloadsyntra.com to request deletion and we’ll action it within 30 days.
Why does Syntra need microphone access?
The microphone is used only when you tap to capture, so your voice can be turned into tasks, events, and habits. You can read exactly how your data is handled in our Privacy Policy.
Do my tasks sync between devices?
Your tasks, events, and habits are stored on your device. Signing in keeps your subscription tied to you across devices.
